New Layout V. Kingdom Hearts!

The new layout that I promised to complete last weekend is now up this weekend. I actually sort of have a good reason for why I couldn't finish it before. My host had some downtime and ran into unforseen complications or something and the file manager wasn't working during and after the downtime (and still isn't working after a week). They had this error page that said to upload files through the FTP. I wasn't really up for that, and I thought the file manager would up soon since this is a corporate host and all.

Well, eventually, I was like, "Well, I'm 98% done with this layout, so why don't I just see about using the FTP?" So that's what I did, yep. It also allowed me to store some backups which I probably should have done a long time ago.

Today we're going to see Legend of the Guardians. It looks pretty good and got good reviews, so I hope I like it. Have you ever read Swordbird? This preview reminds me of that book. I hope its better than that book though because it was kind of boring.

Anyways, I hope you like the new layout! smile P.S. - Works best in a browser that isn't Internet Explorer.

Yeah, blah

I'm working on a new website layout, which I keep redoing over and over. I'm hoping to finish this weekend though. Sorry, I hadn't realized how much time had passed since my last news post.

There's also this game called Robot Unicorn Attack that has this really catchy song...You should play it.

I leave you with this haiku written by an anonymous author:

Autumn can be fun.
Autumn can be difficult.
Refrigerator.

Nerd Convention

Sorry for the lack of updates. School, homework, blah.

It's Labor Day, but guess what? I have homework in every subject. There should be a law against it, especially over holidays.

Yesterday, I went to a convention and bought a bunch of anime stuff: pins, a hat, and a KYO PLUSHIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next year I think I'm going to cosplay. I didn't this year, but some of my friends did. People would come up to them and hug them and take pictures. I had people compliment me on my Kirara hat though.

Conventions are one of the few places where I feel utterly normal. Another place is at art shows. And bookstores. Yep, I'm pretty nerdy.
